In this episode, Craig and Kevin interview Celestina Brunetti who is a chef, dietitian, and helps families create healthier eating habits. We get it. It’s just easier to eat out, or to throw chicken nuggets in the oven, or eat a bowl of cereal. There’s no doubt that the lives most of us live don’t lend itself to eating well. That said, Celestina has some great tips and advice on how you can put amazing meals on the table in 30 minutes or less, and even involve your entire family (yes, even the kids) while doing it! And she doesn’t even use a recipe! Using what you have in your pantry, you can change the cycle of unhealthy eating and be more productive in the process.
