A completed furnished Monaco model is open for viewing and purchase at Esplanade Lake Club. After seeing the completed model, the custom end-user client was inspired by its ceiling details. Similar details are being incorporated in the interior design for the custom residence that will showcase a southwest/Arizona design style featuring a masculine ambiance that is both practical and functional. The new residence will include ten-inch wide Fiji white oak wood flooring in a medium finish. Construction is progressing as planned and the residence is on schedule for completion this coming summer. In addition to the flooring, the cabinetry and paint selections have been made. Framing and insulation have been completed and drywall installation and lathing are underway.
Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi, Lead Designer Adriene Ged, and interior designer Cynde Thompson designed the interiors for the completed Monaco model, the completed Genova model, and the Santorini model that will be completed in March. The designers created a coastal beach style interior with a casually elegant feeling for the completed Monaco model that is priced at $2,350,000 with furnishings. The designers selected a color palette for the Monaco model that features wall tones in various shades of white accented by soft tans and warm greys. The palette plays against ten-inch wide plank white oak hardwood flooring. Intriguing ceiling details are found throughout the home, including reverse soffit details with cove lighting in the great room and study. The master bedroom features a beamed ceiling detail. The great room’s wine bar showcases a base cabinet with a satin matte black finish, a quartzite counter surface, pendant lighting, and floating shelves against a decorative wallpaper.
The Monaco and Genova models are open for viewing Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5:00 p.m. Private showing appointments can be made by contacting Seagate’s Lee Wilson at 239.289.5831or via email at [email protected].
The floor plan of Seagate’s Genova model includes 3,892 square feet under air and an outdoor living area measuring 1,058 square feet. The open-concept plan features a living area that includes a grand room, an island kitchen, and a dining area. The plan’s study can be tasked as a formal dining room. The grand room and the dining area have pocketing sliders that open to an outdoor living area that includes a two-sided fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and conversation and dining areas. The floor plan features four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master bedroom’s sitting area also opens to the outdoors. The master suite includes walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.
The Genova model’s interior offers a modern look that reflects a world travel style with art, fabrics, rugs, and accessories with global influences. Earthy colors with neutral backgrounds and textured wallcovering accents will play against natural oak flooring. Modern furnishings with lighter fabrics include tribal and ethnic patterns. An oversized linear media treatment on the great room’s feature wall includes ebony-toned media cabinets and built-in shelving with a contrasting wall texture. The island kitchen features a Bosch appliance package. Multiple windows create a light filled ambiance in the master bedroom while providing lake views. The modern look carries into the master bath where warm-toned wood cabinets combine with marble countertops and stone-like tile flooring and shower walls to create a welcoming ambiance.
The Genova model is priced at $2,999,000 with furnishings.
Priced at $2,899,000 with furnishings and scheduled for completion in March, the 3,794 square feet under air Santorini model offers four bedrooms, four and a half baths, an owner’s study that can serve as a club room, and a living area with a huge great room with an optional wine room, an island kitchen with counter-height seating, and a dining area designed to accommodate a table for ten. The great room and dining area open to a lakefront outdoor living area with a dining area and optional outdoor kitchen, a conversation area, a covered patio off the master bedroom, and a pool and spa. An optional outdoor fireplace and an optional pool bath are available. The master suite includes a sitting area that opens to the covered patio, separate water closets and vanities, walk-in closets, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower. Additional features include ceiling details throughout the home, a walk-in pantry, and a three-car garage.
The designers’ island modern design style reflects Santorini’s stature as Greece’s most beautiful island. Towering cliffs, deep blue and turquoise waters, whitewashed villages and dramatic views make Santorini a place of unparalleled beauty. The homes on the island are dug entirely into volcanic rock and considered cave dwellings. The homes’ white exteriors deflect the summer heat while their blue doors are a popular way to ward off evil spirits.
While the interior of the Santorini model will not be dug into rock or have the iconic domes or arches found on the Greek Island, the color palette will capture the spirit of Santorini with white walls and ceilings that will play against navy blue, cobalt, turquoise and pale azure tones. The white ceilings will be stepped and trayed and include muted blue accents. The flooring will have a natural oak finish.
