Brdr. Krüger Reveals Three New Furniture Pieces by Hans Bølling

Danish Architect and designer Hans Bølling, now in his 90s, has had a trailblazing job that started in the 1950s. Whilst he has been responsible for a lot of iconic Danish types over the many years, he has in no way in advance of established a lounge chair – until finally now.

Designed in collaboration with family-owned and and self-creating Danish structure corporation Brdr. Krüger, the new HB Lounge Chair, HB Stool and HB Espresso Table continues Bølling’s legendary layout line of strong contemporary simplicity with trustworthy and captivating specifics. Laying the basis for timeless layout, the household furniture is constructed to last at Brdr. Krüger’s 5th era workshop in Denmark.

In collaboration with American Hardwood Export Council (AHEC), Bølling’s new parts created their world debut with a particular exhibition in Copenhagen at 3DaysofDesign The Residence of Hans Bølling. The exhibition was curated by architect and artist Sara Martinsen, who recreated Bølling’s property and analyze, presenting a collection of versions and sketches that explored his iconic spirit and creativity. Martinsen also produced four bespoke complementary art items.

At his property, north of Copenhagen, Hans Bølling has been establishing the a few items more than many several years, refining the patterns through a series of sketches and designs till obtaining the final merchandise.
