A Home in the Yucatan Plays With Double Heights to Feel Larger

Workshop Diseño y Construcción made an 86-sq.-meter dwelling found in the northern portion of the Yucatan Peninsula in Merida, Mexico. The plot of land only spans 105 square meters which demanded the architects to go vertical to accommodate the pool, backyard garden, and patio. Developed as a getaway home, Casa HANNAH contains a single bedroom positioned on the mezzanine stage earlier mentioned the kitchen area. A collection of black-framed windows open up the bedroom up to the floor ground and views of the backyard many thanks to the double-height ceiling of the eating place.

The back wall of the house is produced up of windows and a folding glass door that opens up to the backyard terrace. The roof extends out around the terrace introducing to the overall expansive really feel.

The greenery carries on inside with crops that make the house truly feel cozier.

The graphic tile and peach fridge elevate the kitchen area which is surrounded by white surfaces.
